Exchanges & Returns


Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’ve found items that make you look and feel great! Still, we know that sometimes items just don't work out and an exchange or return is needed. Please read below for terms & conditions of Exchanges & Returns:

1) All exchanges or returns must be done through our Returns Portal, and items must be shipped back within 21 days of the date you initially received them.

2) Returns are for account credit only for amount paid after discounts and exclude shipping. Items on Final Sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for exchange or refund.

3) Damaged or defective items are eligible for free exchange or return for credit when initiated with five (5) days of receipt. A photo showing the damage or defect is required and a free USPS label will be provided to you.

4) Packages are considered lost if tracking shows it hasn’t moved for 7 days. Claims for lost packages must be made within 14 days of shipment. If your purchased package protection and the post office has verified your package was delivered to the right address, we will process a claim for a stolen package. If you did not purchase package protection, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the post office.

5) Items purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve are given a “grace period” for returns and may be returned until January 15 of the following year.

Cancellations


Cancelling an order prior to shipping will incur a cancellation fee of 5% or $5 (whichever is greater) to cover the fees associated with processing your original purchase and the refund. If you want to change the size or color of an item, please allow us to make the change the size or color for you. You can email us at help@itfitsboutique.com. There is no cancellation fee if we assist you this way.


Excessive Returns/Cancellations


We will accept the cancellation of three (3) items in a month under our Exchanges & Returns and Cancellations policies. If a customer exchanges & returns or cancels more items than this, the items will be eligible for store credit only and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each item exchanged, returned, or cancelled over the allowed three (3) items per month.
